Grape: Gamay Noir

 

Density of grape trees: 8000 plants per hectare

Age: 40-60 years old plants

Yield: 45 hl / ha

Soil: sandy clay hillside

 

Alcohol: 12.5%

 

Winemaking: manual harvesting. Fermentation 8-10 days. Wine development for 1-2 months in oak barrels and bottling in spring.

 

Serve: at 14-17˚C

Suitable for storage for 2..5 years

 

Taste: Fresh, soft and fruity taste. Vanilla aroma.

 

Food recommendation: white meat (poultry, rabbit in tomato sauce), grilled foods, vegetables, baked eggs, pasta, hard cheeses.
