Grape: 70% Grenache - 20% Carignan- 10% Syrah
The winemakers’s advice: This gouleyant wine will happily marry with white meats and vegetables.
To drink between 14 to 16°.
Wine to be appreciated young: 3 to 5 years old.
Terroir : sandy soils for the Syrah and the Carignan grape varieties and clay soils for the Grenache grape variety.
Vinification: Hand-picked and sorted grapes in the field. The grape varieties are put together after destemming partly for a perfect homogeneity. Twice a day, the must is brought up and temperatures checked 30-32°.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats during 8 days.
Tasting: Fresh and smooth wine with a deep garnet robe. Its young and tender bouquet smells of roses and spices.
On the palate, you discover black pepper and red fruits aromas blending perfectly to give a well rounded and lively nectar.
