OTHER CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store Le Vignoble (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Le Vignoble (registry code 12805499), located at Tallinn Arbu 12-6.
Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery
The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finlanc. To other countries by agreement between buyer and seller.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

Right of withdrawal
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to lodge a claim
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Solving arguments
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address levignoble64@gmail.com or call: 56464831
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be inspected and the application submitted to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.


When ordering from the Le Vignoble e-shop, you can pick up the goods yourself at Liivalao 11, Tallinn (Männiku), order the goods from a parcel machine, use an Omniva courier or use the Le Vignoble delivery service for delivery.
 
I WILL COME TO THE GOODS myself
 
The Le Vignoble office is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 14:00 until 17:00. It is recommended to call 56464831 in advance. At other times the office is open by appointment.
The ordered products can be received upon presentation of an identity document (ID card, passport, driver's license) and order number. Orders containing alcoholic beverages will be received between 10.00 and 21.00 and the goods will be handed over only to an adult on the basis of a document submitted for identification. The delivery fee will not be added to the goods upon arrival.
If the customer does not pick up the goods within 14 calendar days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the purchase amount of undrawn orders immediately, but not later than within 30 calendar days, to the same current account from which the purchase was paid for.
 
I ORDERED GOODS FROM A VENDER
 
When ordering an Omniva parcel machine, a delivery fee of 4.00 € is added to the price.
Purchases from 79 € we deliver the parcel machine free of charge.
Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the parcel machine the day after the purchase, goods purchased from Friday to Sunday no later than the following Tuesday. The parcel arrives at Saaremaa and Hiiumaa parcel machines within 3 working days. The Customer will be notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS message, which contains a unique door code for opening the door. Instructions on how to use the code and open the luggage compartment can be found on the parcel machine's touch screen.
In the case of orders containing alcoholic beverages, the goods will be received from the parcel machine between 10.00 and 22.00 (or until the closing time of the vending machine's location if the location is closed before 22.00). In addition to the door code, it is necessary to enter the ID card and PIN code to identify the age when receiving alcohol products.
If the customer does not remove the goods from the parcel machine within 7 days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the purchase amount of undrawn orders together with the postage, but not later than within 30 calendar days to the same current account from which the purchase was paid for.
 
I USE OMNIVA COURIER
 
If you choose Omniva for delivery, a delivery fee of 4.00 € will be added to the order. From € 200 purchase, the courier is free.

The goods will be delivered to the courier service users directly to the address indicated in the order.

Goods purchased from Monday to Sunday will be delivered on the next working day between 9.00 and 21.00. The exact time of delivery of the goods is agreed upon by the courier with the Customer before delivery of the goods by telephone.

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will only be handed over to adults on the basis of an age verification document.

I also deliver the goods to Tallinn and Viimsi municipality. Delivery fee 3.50
From 100 euros, delivery within the city of Tallinn and Viimsi municipality is free of charge.
The goods will be delivered by e-mail directly to the address indicated in the order.

The goods will be delivered to the users of the courier service from Monday to Saturday within the period specified in the order.

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will only be
handed over to adults on the basis of an age verification document.
