Grape: Pinot Noir


Food recommendation: Ideal for an aperitif. Fits on the table with white meat, seafood and baked goose liver with peaches (foie gras).

His color is bright, pale gold, with a fine stream of bubbles delicately rising in the glass. The nose offers a net and complex bouquet, with the characteristic structure and fruity flavors of the Pinot Noir. The elegant palate shows a great freshness, with red fruits expressions, white flowers notes and a brioche final.

This Champagne is produced with our greatest care, and aged during 3 years in our cellar.
