Made by using champagne method.
Grape: Pinot blanc, Riesling, Pinot Auxerrois ja Chardonnay .
To serve: 5-7° C
Food recommendation: aperitif, fish dishes, seafood, grilled fish, fish in sauce, poultry, desserts, risotto
Aroma: white flowers, acacia buds and fruits.
The taste is rich and harmonious.
Winemaker: Schneider family has been involved in wine production since 1800. Xavier Schneider owns plots of land in the Alsace region with a total area of 10 hectares. Farm uses biodynamic agriculture.
