Grape: Gewurztraminer
 
Food: aperitifs, exotic dishes, strong cheeses and dessert. Goes well with Asian spring rolls, tandoori chicken, pork in curry sauce, koshkoushi and tacos.
 
Taste: The sweet taste with notes of mango and pineapple.
 
Scent: peony and rose. Later also spices and dry fruits.

Schneider family has been involved in wine production since 1800. Xavier Schneider owns plots of land in the Alsace region with a total area of 10 hectares. Biodynamic agriculture is used.
