Vinification: Manual harvest, severe sorting by plot. Vinification by combining grape varieties to promote excellent homogenization. Syrah is harvested when overripe, partially destemmed. Delicate and flexible maceration, temperature control.

Tasting: Deep adornment of an almost black garnet. Superb bouquet of complexity. Expression of wild and powerful aromas unrestrained scent of almost candied black fruit. Powerful, savage attack; oily, smooth and long-lasting, enveloping the palate with flavors, tannins, superb complexity, warmth, nobility.

Perfect osmosis of Grenache and Syrah produced in communion since the winemaking, and optimizing from the work of the vine, from fermentation to aging: the rigor of the winemaker, expertise and the richness of our terroirs.
