Grapetrees: 20 years old

Winemaking: Manual. Double sorting process (in the vineyard and on the sorting table in winery). 2/3 fermentation in barrels, 1/3 fermentation in tanks.

Nose: apricot, peach, lemon, spicies and honey.

Taste: apricots and spicies.


Food: aperitive, river fish, crustaceans, fruit cake.
